The Community Health Improvement Collaborative recognized the need to learn how to support communities by directly interfacing with community leaders. A pilot project was initiated with community leaders in Southeast Alaska, including a forum designed to gather information on what is most needed by communities to move forward with their health improvement efforts. This report includes the findings from that meeting, and provided the springboard for the SE Alaska CHI Network.
