Triple Play Daily Challenges are age-appropriate fitness activities that develop a wide range of sport-specific skills for football, basketball, soccer, track and field, and other sports. The goal is to get Club members to increase their physical activity and increase their fitness. Healthy Habits is designed to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience, emphasizing good nutrition and improving overall well-being.
